The foundation sought to expand its footprint for over seven years but faced challenges finding suitable properties within its community. The organization was determined to stay rooted in its neighborhood, emphasizing its commitment to local impact.

These properties offered a combined 40,000 square feet of space—ten times the size of their existing building—providing ample room for expansion, accessibility upgrades, and new programs.

Securing Funding: Understanding that securing the properties and funding renovations required significant financial backing, we worked alongside the foundation to engage donors. We successfully convinced key donors to contribute over $8 million through strategic outreach and compelling presentations. This funding covered the cost of purchasing the buildings and allowed for renovations that ensured accessibility, functionality, and long-term sustainability.
